The popularity of this cigar stems from the fact that its aluminum tube packaging makes it easier to store and carry, so it can also be found in many non-cigar specialty stores, allowing more people to get in touch with it. Although many models are also available in aluminum tube packaging, Romeo No.2 is one of the few models that only comes in aluminum tube packaging. In the early days, this cigar was produced by machines. Later, in 2002, following the policy adjustment of Habanos S.A., it was changed to be fully hand-rolled.
