The 1492 series (or Century Series) is one of Cohiba's core production lines. The series was launched in 1992 to commemorate Columbus's landing in Cuba five centuries ago, while Siglo VI was launched in 2002 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the launch of the series. anniversary, it is also the largest in the series.
